Cancellation Policy

TIMING OF BOOKING WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE DESIRED STYLE, PLEASE DO NOT RUSH YOUR ARTIST. We charge a Non-Refundable Deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will go towards your service(s) total or serve as your Cancellation Fee. Arriving 10-15 minutes late will result in an additional Late Fee of $12. Arriving 15+ minutes late will result in a cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. You can cancel or reschedule online via our website by signing into your account up until 48 HOURS before your scheduled appointment time.
