Cancellation Policy
We charge a Non-Refundable Deposit in order to secure your appointment. The deposit will go towards your service(s) total or serve as your Cancellation Fee. Arriving 10-15 minutes late will result in an additional Late Fee of $12. Arriving 15+ minutes late will result in a cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. You will be able to reschedule once.
